June Recap
Summertime begins, the grass is about as green as it’ll get, and the longest day of the year is here!
June was a busy month, with several visitors to our home in Idaho (!), events with Snake River Audubon, exploring our new home state of Idaho, and doing lots of work around the house. We stayed so busy that I did not get as much done for my website as I wanted. I’ve also wanted to do some crafting, but that may just have to wait until the cooler months show up. Enjoy some photos from our big day drive we did, seeing several new places in southeast Idaho. Our day had quite the ups and downs - one of which was witnessing, then helping to rescue, a young woman and her two children (both under 4 years old) from her truck that flipped upside down into a creek.

The aftermath of the truck accident - flight for life came and got the youngest boy (18 months) to the ICU. He needed about 15 min of CPR after being pulled from the truck. He is alive and still in the ICU today - but hopefully will not have long-term affects from this scary day!
