Now that Daylight Savings Time has started and days have gotten to be a bit longer and brighter, let’s try an evening stroll at McKay Lake Open Space. This is a new spot for me, and one that I’ve heard has great birding! If you want to join me for a after-stroll coffee at Dunkin Donuts at 136th & Huron or at Windfall Brewery at 144th & Huron, we can chat about the birds we saw! Of course, weather permitting. If there is bad weather, I will send details about an alternate date/time! We’ll meet at the Bike Park on Zuni, since there are more parking spaces and a porta-potty available.
