St. Vrain State Park

  • St. Vrain State Park 3785 Weld County Road Longmont, CO, 80504 United States (map)

☆ STATE PARKS PASS REQUIRED ☆

St. Vrain State Park is an excellent place to see a wide variety of both birds and other wildlife! The habitat is perfect to see Bald Eagles, Osprey, Wrens, Robins, Red-Winged Blackbirds, American White Pelicans, and many, many more species. There are several bodies of water to walk around…and all the paths are relatively flat and easy to walk on. There are also beautiful views of the front range, too! If you don’t have a state parks pass, I may be able meet you to carpool into the park since I do have a vehicle pass. We can meet at Knucklepuck Brewery afterward for beers to debrief if the group is interested!
